Who is ProSoft Solutions Inc.?
ProSoft Solutions Inc. was founded in 1994 by Lyle D. Parkyn and Glen Biagioni.
Prior to forming ProSoft each had worked with local high-tech companies. After working together on a project, they created ProSoft Solutions Inc. Since then, ProSoft has worked with numerous high-tech companies producing a wide range of products.
Since ProSoft works with a variety of companies the confidentiality of your information is as important to us as it is to you. We treat each client’s information with respect and confidentiality.
Lyle Parkyn
Lyle is President and co-founder of ProSoft Solutions Inc. He is the specification development specialist. Lyle holds a BSc. in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University. Since 1982 he has been developing software systems and has been involved in at least 16 product development projects and a smaller number of in-house development projects. During that time he has been involved in almost all aspects of product development: analysis, specification, design, endless programming, test plans and software development process.
Some well known companies Lyle has worked with include Motorola, Sierra-Wireless, Roger’s Cantel, MacDonald Dettwiler (MDA), Mobile Data International (MDI). He has worked with small high-tech start-ups and with large multi-national technology companies. All this practical experience provides Lyle with expertise in the software development process and enables him to craft the appropriate technical specifications for your project.
Today, clients mainly seek Lyle’s knowledge and skills for developing requirements specifications and for creation and enhancement of software development process. “I really enjoy helping high-tech companies realize their product. Each new client invariably has a different and exciting product they are creating and I am glad to help them succeed in whichever way I can. I feel lucky to have experienced so many different development environments, companies, product types and to have worked with so many talented people.
