Our Process Evaluation and Development services can help your company improve or establish a software development process. This service will help you:

Process Reviews
To help you understand the current state of your process we perform informal reviews of your development process. This entails a review of documents and interviews with teams.
Common major goals for these reviews are:
- To determine to what degree teams are aware of the product development process.
- To determine if teams are following the existing process.
- To form an opinion on the maturity of the organization's process.
Secondary goals may relate to a particular process such as the specification process:
- To determine what people like/dislike about the process.
- To determine what people want changed about the process.
- To make suggestions for improving in the process.
The results are documented and presented along with recommendations.
Clients sometimes like to start with our Process Review. Then after reviewing and discussing the findings they decide on the next steps which may or may not require further involvement of ProSoft Solutions.
